Itineraries
Day 1
Entebbe or Kampala to Bwindi
Depart Entebbe or Kampala for southwestern Uganda. Enjoy views of the countryside, rural communities, rolling hills, and changing landscapes along the journey.
Arrive in the Bwindi area and check in at your selected lodge or guesthouse. Depending on your arrival time, relax at the accommodation and prepare for the following day's trekking experience.
Your guide or tour coordinator can help you review the trekking arrangements and the equipment you will need.

Day 2
Mountain Gorilla Trekking
After an early breakfast, proceed to the designated park briefing point. Meet the authorized park guides, receive instructions on gorilla trekking rules, and begin the guided forest trek.
The trek follows natural forest trails and may involve steep slopes, uneven ground, mud, and dense vegetation. The time required to locate the gorillas varies according to their movements.
Once the gorilla family is located, follow the park authorities' instructions regarding the permitted viewing period and safe distance. Observe the gorillas as they feed, rest, groom, and interact within their family groups.
After the trek, return to your lodge to relax and reflect on this extraordinary wildlife experience.

Day 3
Return to Entebbe or Kampala
Enjoy breakfast before departing Bwindi for your return journey. Travel through the scenic Ugandan countryside, with arrival time depending on road conditions, stops, and the final destination.
Your Uganda gorilla trekking adventure concludes upon arrival at the agreed drop-off point.
